Vtuber Rigging Commissions
My commissions are for Live2D rigging only, I do not provide or illustrate models to be rigged.
I have provided a table to illustrate the individual tiers of rigging and indicate the levels of detail offered below. All tiers include the basic rigging required for face tracking (eye, mouth, and brow movements).

3 Simple toggles include a "Blank/Dead" eye toggle, a "Face Shadow" toggle, and a "No Eye Highlight" toggle.

Terms of Service
Make sure you read through ToS before commissioning.

| 1. Commissions are not first come, first serve. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. |
| 2. Unless there is a Rush Order (highest priority), all commissions will be worked on dynamically with a turnaround based on their complexity. |
| 3. Client must provide their own model PSD fully separated for rigging, along with any expressions they wish to add. Any fixes will need to be corrected by the model's artist, or I can handle them for a fee if given permission. |
| 4. Payment for all tiered rigging may be paid in full or 50% upfront before I begin work. If paying half upfront, I will require the second 50% before delivering any files. Additional rigging services commissioned post rigging must be paid in full. |
| 5. Refunds will not be provided once rigging has begun. If I am unable to complete the commission for whatever reason, I reserve the right to issue a refund. |
| 6. All payments will be handled via Paypal invoices of which I will send to your desired email address. Payments sent via "friends/family" will not be accepted. I will cover Paypal fees. As I provide Live2D rigging services as a digital product, there will be no physical goods. |
| 7. My prices may not be haggled with; however, I can cater options to work with your budget based on which options you are willing to lower/raise. |
| 8. Source files for my rigs will not be provided (.cmo3/.can3/etc). If absolutely required, I will charge a 50% fee to the total order for providing these files. |
| 9. I will keep you updated at major milestones during the rigging process. Additionally, I can provide rigging previews over discord screen sharing or twitch if desired. |
| 10. Average turnaround for all base rigging will vary between 1 to 2 months. The more complex the rig, the longer it will take and visa versa. |
| 11. I have permission to showcase the model rigging on my portfolio and social media. I will wait to showcase the rigging until after the Vtuber debuts, and keep previews private if requested. |
| 12. I require that the Vtuber talent credit me on both their main social media AND streaming platforms (i.e. Twitter, Twitch, etc). |
| 13. If you have any plans on reselling the model rigging at a later date, I require both notification and a 25% cut of transfer transaction. |
| 14. I do not allow my model rigging to be used for the advertisement or association to NFT and other cryptocurrency marketing. |
| 15. While I do offer NSFW rigging, I do however require that all clients involved are at or above the age of 18. |
| 16. By completing the first payment (50% or in full), you agree to the entirety of the above ToS. |
The Commission Workflow
| 1. Submission: Please send your commission request to my business email at [email protected]. Otherwise, contact me on Discord or Twitter. Provide me with your preferred methods of contact, a PNG of your model, your desired rigging service (i.e. Tier 2 Fullbody, Request for add-on rigging, etc), and if this will be a Rush Order. I will provide you an estimate on the cost of rigging and when I can start working on the rigging. |
| 2. Inquiry: If the estimations are agreeable I will request the PSD file for your model. This will allow me to check for potential required fixes and the degree or complexity of separation. We will also confirm the exact rigging services you require and provide a final price. |
| 3. Payment: We will send an invoice for payment through Paypal to your desired address. We require a 50% payment upfront before we can start working on the model rigging if not paying in full at this time. |
| 4. Progression: We will keep you updated at major milestones throughout the rigging process, and if desired we can preview the progress over discord or twitch. Corrections may also be requested here if required. |

| 5. Quality Assessment: We will set up the model in Vtube Studio for the client along with expressions and animations (if applicable). Files will be provided to the client for their own quality testing after all payments have been received. |
| 6. Finalization: Any final corrections will be made and the finalized rigging files (.moc3+VTS files) will be provided to the client. |
| 7. Additional Services: The client may request additional corrections, rigging add-ons, rigging for new outfits, and etc by commission as needed. |
